What preserved moss is
Preserved moss is real moss that has been preserved. It is no longer alive, so it does not grow, and it needs no light, water, or soil.
That is what lets a moss wall go where plants cannot: deep inside a building, far from any window, on a wall daylight never reaches.
Caring for a moss wall
Most of the care is choosing the wall. Sun and damp air wear preserved moss down.
